Will Moore – Director
Will is a sustainability advisor for a wide range of media organisations, TV production companies, event promoters and international music artists. In addition to advising clients on strategies to reduce their environmental impact, Will has also worked extensively to raise awareness on climate change throughout the music, media and film industries.

In 1999 Will left an accomplished record label career to become a consultant, advising on talent led campaigns and events, for a number of environmental, cause-related and non-governmental organisations. These have included: MTV Switch, Julie's Bicycle, Live Earth, Global Action Plan, Stop Climate Chaos/iCount, 21st Century Leaders, Whateverittakes, Wedgecard and Burma Campaign UK.

Will now works as a sustainability consultant to production companies, artist managers, event promoters and venues on UK, European and international TV events and concert tours heading a team of specialist music and media industry sustainability consultants. Recent events include: MTV European Music Awards 2007/8, Brit Awards 2008, Jack Johnson UK Tour '08, Crowded House UK & European Tours, KT Tunstall UK & European tours, , Download Festival '08, Wireless Festival '08, Hyde Park Calling '08.

Will is also a Director of SaltaSustainable, SustainableTouring and an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA).

Dr Emma Harvey – Director
Emma is a sustainability consultant with a pragmatic, commercial approach and experience in 'greening' businesses, helping them to make carbon reductions and other environmental and social improvements. Recent clients include Wembley Stadium, Live Earth global concert series, The Climate Group (a leading climate NGO), Virgin Atlantic, Enterprise Inns (a FTSE 2590 company with over 7,500 pubs), and Divine Chocolate (a leading Fairtrade brand).

Emma has a first class degree and Ph.D in psychology. She has 18 years experience of managing a range of initiatives, from small and local, to large scale, complex projects, with top international teams. Much of her work has been focused on behaviour change for organisations and individuals - the last few years in designing and implementing sustainable business strategies. She also undertakes part-time teaching on research and consultancy methods in sustainable business practices at the International Centre for Responsible Tourism.

Sam Balch – Senior Consultant
Sam brings a clear understanding of the environmental and economic imperatives for action on climate change. Sam is an Associate of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AIEMA) and has an MSc in Environment, Science and Society from University College London.

He has worked as a policy advisor for Defra developing guidance on how UK organisations measure and report on their greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, he has worked in the environmental sector for a number of years at environmental charities Global Action Plan and WWF.

Malcolm Carruthers - Senior Consultant
Malcolm has worked in the music industry for 20 years, providing experience across manufacturing, production and logistics. He has also led international marketing and promotions teams in the UK and USA. Malcolm holds a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and works as a consultant for Julie's Bicycle, a not-for-profit company formed to create consensus within the music industry on emission reduction targets and low energy use.

Andy Stone – Editorial Content and Communications
Andy has worked in the music industry for nearly 20 years as a signed artist, an A&R consultant, a live promoter and a journalist and broadcaster. Having helped to set up the All Tomorrow's Parties festival in the late 1990s, Andy went on to work extensively for the Mean Fiddler Music Group (now Festival Republic) - the promoters and producers of the Reading and Leeds Festivals, Glastonbury and Latitude. Following a move into the environmental sector, Andy also edits www.icount.org.uk - the website behind the UK's biggest climate change campaign - while undertaking freelance writing and presenting work for the likes of Dazed & Confused and Rock Sound magazines and BBC 6Music.

Alistair Gates – Technology Consultant
